Before paying for private educational psychology
Private work is optional. Check that the practitioner is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, clarify the assessment question, methods, child and school involvement, report, feedback, timescale, full fee and how recommendations will be reviewed. A report may inform SEN Support or EHCP evidence but cannot guarantee a statutory decision or placement.
